Dogs are housed in
indoor/outdoor runs that are climate controlled
with air conditioning in summer and heat in
winter. Each room has a private covered patio.
Our guests have the choice of napping inside
while listening to music or relaxing outside.
Our extensive ventilation system pumps fresh air
into the kennel area 7 to 8 times per hour.
We provide our guests with beds, blankets, and
toys. If you wish, you may bring one small
blanket and one or two toys (please no
rawhide) all clearly marked with your dog's
name. We feed Pro Plan Kibble twice daily. You
may bring your dog's food from home. Food
brought from home must be prepackaged in ziploc
bags in meal-sized portions. Please bring one or
two extra portions in case you are delayed on
your return. Please do not bring entire bags of
dog food. Each dog will be served a good night
snack from our kitchen at bedtime or you may
provide snacks from home. And of course, cool,
fresh water is available at all times.
Dogs housed in our large suites can be viewed on
the internet by their owners via our web cam.

We
spend time with the dogs throughout the day. We
go into the runs with them just for company
and/or belly rubs. All dogs receive supervised
off leash play time outside in our secure, grass
play yards (weather permitting) with one of our
staff members. If you prefer, your dog can be
hand-walked on one of our nature trails for an
additional fee.
Oral medication can be administered to your pet
at no additional charge.

Lynwood
Kennel is equipped with smoke and fire
detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and
security cameras inside and out. We also
have a monitored security system.
Please advise us in advance if your pet
will destroy blankets, beds, toys, etc.
If that is the case, we will not give your
pet any bedding or toys that may be ingested
if chewed. If your pet destroys our bedding,
you will be charged to replace the items
that were destroyed.
